MaxiGrow Application On Eels

Alhamdulillah, after a hiatus of several months, I returned to writing and presenting information that hopefully has benefits for readers, especially the MaxiGrow application.

MaxiGrow is an amazing product, so its use should be known with certainty not the origin of its words.

In the previous post I have discussed clearly about the "MaxiGrow application on Coffee" Hopefully useful especially for coffee farmers, and on this happy occasion I will share the MaxiGrow application on Eels.

Eel is a kind of fish that lives in water. In the skin there is a breathing device so that when in the mud, the eel can still live and breathe. In the market, the price of eel per kilo is quite promising, so this is an opportunity. With MaxiGrow we can make that opportunity a reality.

Please also read our article about maxigow which may be useful

Eel cultivation with MaxiGrow is highly recommended because the main function of MaxiGrow itself can accelerate the fermentation of planting media and also as a microstarter that is useful for triggering the growth of tiny bodies / plankton as natural food from Eels.

There are 2 (two) stages of MaxiGrow provision for enlargement ponds (25 m2 with a depth of 1 meter):

When manufacturing the maintenance medium (1 liter of water is required)

Ingredients:
  • Drained pond mud
  • Manure
  • Compost (rice husks or rotted leaves)
  • Rice straw
  •  Chopped banana stems.
How to use :

MaxiGrow is dissolved first with water in a ratio of 1: 10, then spread it on the planting media evenly (spray is recommended)

How media is created :
  • Layer 1 (bottommost) is filled with mud with a thickness of 20 cm
  • Layer 2 manure with a thickness of 5 cm, then spray MaxiGrow dose 1/2 liter.
  • Layer 3 is soil or mud 10 cm thick
  • Layer 4 compost with a thickness of 5 cm, then spray MaxiGrow with a dose of 1/4 liter
  • A layer of 5 soil or silt with a thickness of 15 cm
  • A layer of 6 soil or silt with a thickness of 20 cm. Leave the layers for approximately 7 days so that the permentation process runs perfectly.
  • Layer 7 (topmost) is water with a height of 10-15 cm. Then sprinkled with chopped banana stems. Then leave until the media is mature (approximately 2 to 3 months), the water in the pond is disposed of, so that the fermentation residual waste is thrown out, then replace it with new water with a height of approximately 3 cm, until this stage the seedlings are not ready to be put into the pond
During maintenance (1-2 liters of MaxiGrow required)

Furthermore, the maintenance period of the enlargement pond, give MaxiGrow on the water surface evenly every 2 weeks until before harvest.

Thus the discussion about the maxigrow application on eels, hopefully useful!
